So… this morning I went for a 3 mile walk with a friend. Not very far – but we walked quickly!! I came home and my grandsons came to visit. The first thing they asked was if we could go for a bike ride! So we set out, did a few miles and had a really good time. Lots of stops we all did pretty well.
But now they’ve gone home, and 6 hours later I’m starting to stiffen up 🙁
Then I found this article on Aromathery Contessa, where she lists several essential oils that will help my muscles keep going!
