Rosemary Essential Oils and the Brain

Rosemary is a well known herb, used in many Mediterranean dishes. I love to use it when roasting potatoes: they are delicious! It’s been used for hundreds of years for mental clarity, digestive problems and muscle pain, but more recently it’s been introduced into the skin and hair care because of its antiseptic properties.

Check out what a recent study discovered, on the next page.

  1. I do wish that if an article says “check out this research study” that it would contain at least a LINK to the actual research abstract, and not just a watered down article without any actual research statistics. This wouldn’t even p$#%&!@* muster for a high school science fair. I love my essential oils, but wimpy articles like this claiming to be research do more to reduce the credibility of holistic approaches.
