Make Your Own Reusable Cleaning Wipes

I’ve been talking a lot about spring cleaning here in the past few days, and today I found one more idea that you can use all year long: reusable cleaning wipes 🙂

Most of us love a clean house, but not necessarily the process of cleaning. But with the right tools, cleaning can be a breeze! Get your own set of reusable cleaning wipes, and any job will be easier. This recipe uses pretty colorful towels, which is great, but you can also use some old tee-shirts, pajamas, or towels you no longer use. Here’s what you need:

  • 2 cups water (distilled for long term use, tap water is fine if using within a week)
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 15 drops lavender essential oil
  • 5 drops lemon essential oil
  • 5 drops tea tree essential oil
  • 6 washcloths

For instructions on how to make these wipes, check out Kristin”s original post here. You’ll love her writing style and all the other natural recipes 😉

Tip: Make 2 different jars with these wipes: one for cleaner jobs (like kitchen counters), and one for the nastier jobs (like toilets). Maybe use some pretty washcloths for the nice jobs, and old tee-shirts for the other. Just a thought 😉
