  1. Whitney Ferguson I don’t know if you’ve ever tried any essential oils for anything but I LOVE using them. They can be a bit pricey ( and I only use Young Living because of the quality) but a little goes a long way.

  2. Thats the biggest thing with essential oils…what works for me may not work for you. Ive went thru A LOOOOT of trial and error to find oil combos that work for me. For example-tons of people have success with marjoram, deep blue, lemongrass, frank etc for pain…well I love lavendar, balance, peppermint and eucalyptus for all things pain related. Dont give up. You’ll find what works for you. I make a batch of plain salve so I can just add oils to at that moment so I can use the salve for multiple ailments…that way im not stuck with a huge batch of lavendar salve for example. I just mix whatever im feeling at the time, right there in my hand:) good luck girl

  3. I make something I call my fibro bomb, and it works wonders! It calls for 1 part Marjoram, one part Wild Orange, one part Lavender, and one part Roman Chamomile. I don’t have the last one, so I used a blend from doterra that contains it. I also use half Wild Orange and Half Bergamot because i know how good it is for Fibro. I just put it all in a rollerball (usually 20 drops of each) and top off with a carrier oil and roll on my tender spots, helps to ease the pain considerably.
