Are you in pain from arthritis? Do you have swollen joints that are stiff, red, and painful? It’s not fun not being able to participate in family activities because of pain, and getting even a bit of relief would be most welcomed.
Check out this recipe and see what it can do for you:
2 drops peppermint
2 drops wintergreen (diluted)
2 drops frankincense
2 drops eucalyptus
2 drops cypress
Apply to the area as needed.
The recipe only says to dilute the wintergreen, but I would add all these oils to a small bottle of carrier oil and use that on the area I need it for.
Do you suffer with arthritis? What other oils have you used to help with pain? Please share below in the comments.

I make that and add black pepper. It’s great!
Deep Blue (do-TERRA) is phenomenal for pain! Works immediately, and also works miracles for muscle cramps 🙂
We believe-Thx Mum
Yes, but now you need to start investing and buying…. Believing is one thing, using and feeling relief is another
Black pepper seems to enhance the effect of everything – including food!
Pan Away by YL is awesome for pain!!!!
Nancy can you tell me your recipe for a 5 ml bottle
Deep relief is the best I hoard it
I usually put 8 drops each of peppermint, wintergreen, frankincense, eucalyptus, cypress and black pepper. Then add fractionated coconut oil in a roller bottle. I also read about putting 3 drops each of oregano and clove on the bottom of feet daily, but haven’t tried that yet.
I LOVE panaway!
