If you ever had a sinus infection you know how painful it can be: you’d do anything to clear your sinuses and feel normal again. Here’s a video about someone who used a nose irrigation and got rid of her infection in just 3 days. Here’s what she used:
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 1 drop rosemary oil
- 1 drop melrose oil
- 16 oz. water

Great info! I need to book mark this one.
Coulda used thus a few weeks ago! However, I don’t think I would have gotten the items in time to treat myself. XD
Could you send me the web address for the write up on this? I would like to print it for someone that gets sinus infections on a regular basis.
THIS REALLY WORKS. For years suffered with awful sinus problems. A month ago it got so bad the ENT did a CT. Left side completely infected with abcesses. Surgery next step. I found this recipe used it one night. By morning 60% better continued to resolve itself. For the first time in over 20 years I can breathe right. Waiting for another appt with Dr and a new CT. HE WILL BE SHOCKED
NOTE: Please do NOT just use warm water as indicated in the video. This can be deadly. Safe sinus rinses require using water that has been boiled and cooled, to kill any parasites that may live in tap water. http://www.cbsnews.com/news/tap-water-in-neti-pots-behind-two-brain-eating-amoeba-deaths-in-2011-investigation-finds/
This is a very unsafe practice. Please do not put any EO into any orfice unless you are diffusing it and inhaling it. Oil and water do not mix, so this method is just like putting drops of undiluted EO’s into your nose. Please use an aromastick, steam bowl, or diffuse when using any EO for any reason.

lol i read it but tea tree oil does work for this
See if you can edit. Louisiana has a brain eating bacteria in the water and you can’t use tap water in your nose
