It’s the season for colds and stuffy noses. If your stuffy nose is interfering with your daily activities or with your sleep, and you’d like to breathe normal again, it’s time to look at some natural ways to help you.
First of all, remember that you need to boost your immune system, to completely rid yourself of the cause of that stuffy nose. One of the best ways to boost your immune system is to eat lots of vitamin C rich foods. One of my favorites is citrus fruit: you can eat oranges and grapefruits, you can make fresh juice out of them, and you can drink lots of lemonade (best made with raw honey instead of sugar).
