How to Detox Naturally

Do you wake up feeling like you barely hit the pillow? Are you as tired (or sometimes more tired) as when you went to sleep? Do you suffer with brain fog, pain, lack of energy, lots of headaches, bloating, irritation….? I could go on and on: I know most of us feel like this more often that we’d like to. Today we’ll look at a few ways to detox naturally: we need this, especially with the holidays right around the corner and all that food we’re about to eat!. Let’s start with beet water  😉

  1. Alisa, you need 6 to 8 glasses of water daily. Some of those, you can substitute with these fruit and veggie waters to help you detox. Also, start your day with a glass of water with lemon juice, taken about half an hour before breakfast.
