I’ve had trouble sleeping for as long as I can remember. Some days it’s impossible to fall asleep, other days it’s hard to stay asleep, and yet other days I wake up more tired than when I went to bed. I don’t have a medical cause for insomnia, nor do i have a sleep disorder. But I have an overactive imagination at night. So I had to find ways to fall asleep and stay asleep, in order to be able to function the next day.
